We have the largest fishing tackle range in the whole of Lochaber and our expert staff can give you all the great spots to idle the day away fishing.
Broken tent pole, forgotten sleeping bag, need a blister patch, we stock a range of camping kit to allow you to enjoy the great outdoors.
Wait there is more. Yes we even have a bit of space left for a gardening section selling plants, tools and compost for your little plot of Scotland.
To top it all off we have even thought about your four legged friend. Yes we also have leads, collars, toys and treats for your dogs and cats.
ABOUT US
Tools and Tackle cares about helping our customers in their hour of need. We know that you cannot simply pop to the shop in the Scottish Highlands. The nearest town is miles away. We try and stock everything you need to get you by. Our size means we cannot stock everything but what we loose in size we gain in ingenuity and expertise.

We stock paint, brushes and rollers, silicon and glues. Fixings, ironongery, and a range of tools.
Our basic range of waste and compression fittings will help get you out of a bind in a plumbing crisis.

Homewears include pegs, pans, hairbrushes. We even stock toasters, kettles and irons.
FISHING / ROD HIRE/ CAMPING
Largest Fishing Tackle Shop in Lochaber
Although many of the rivers are private fishing, the Lochs in the area a full of a variety of fish from Cod to Mackerel.
We stock many of the top brands and have all the fishing tackle you need to pass a morning catching your dinner. Rod hire is available from £15 per day.
Forgot your sleeping bag, didn't bring walking socks, we have a selection of camping gear from headtorches to portable gas.
We even have space to cater for your four legged friends. We stock leads and collars, treat and toys for Cats and Dogs.
Raining Cats and Dogs. No bother. Our Mac in a Sac varitey of waterproofs range from kids sizes to XXL. Our wellies will keep your feet dry and we have sizes from 4 to 12.
GARDENING
Bring some colour in your life
We might be small but we pack a lot in and our gardening section is no exception.
If it is tools you are after then we have spades, forks, rakes, and shears. On display are our strimmer lines, twine, rope, weed membrane, and chicken wire.
We specialise in professional compost and with the rules changing in 2023 we are already stocking peat free compost to make it easier on the planet.
In May and June our shop front comes to life with a selection of bedding plants and shrubs. We only stock healthy high quality plants that will bloom during the summer months.
We also have fertilisers, chemicals, grass seed, hose fittings, weed killer, planters, pots, and feed.
Getting eaten alive. In our pest control section you will find everything from mouse traps, slug tape, wasp and fly spray, and ant traps. Still getting eaten alive. We have plenty of midge nets, smidge spray, and itch ease.
